Bulletproof Coffee Recipe


Ingredients:

- 1 cup (240 ml) of freshly brewed hot coffee

- 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted grass-fed butter or ghee

- 1-2 tablespoons of MCT oil (medium-chain triglyceride oil) or coconut oil


Instructions:

1. Brew the Coffee:

- Brew 1 cup (240 ml) of your favorite coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, etc.).


2. Blend:

- Add the hot coffee, unsalted grass-fed butter (or ghee), and MCT oil (or coconut oil) into a blender. If you're using any optional add-ins, add them now.

- Blend on high for about 20-30 seconds until the mixture is frothy and well combined.


3. Serve:

- Pour the blended coffee into a mug and enjoy immediately while it's still hot.
